Our FSAE tripod housings are made from high alloy 4340 steel and heat treated for superior strength.They are also are profile milled around the tripod shape, and the stub shafts are bored out to reduce weight. Black oxide coating is standard.

Note: You will need to cut the housing to your specific length, and add a snap ring groove accordingly.
